Terms and Conditions of Booking Etna Tours, Sicily Tours and for all other guided tours packages in Sicily

The terms and conditions which rule over Customer requests, except where indicated differently and/or agreed in the process of making a reservation effective, are listed below.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

Direct Booking

How to proceed

Choose the type of Tour, indicate the number of persons, select the date, select the transfer.
Follow the instructions to complete your order with the payment of 50% deposit, you will receive an e-mail message with all necessary details to be presented the day of the tour. Always check the cancellation and refund conditions on each tour page, as well as and on this page.

Request quotation by Email

The request for availability isn’t binding and doesn’t act as a contract neither for the Customer nor for the Company. In case when there is availability, a summary will be sent to the Customer containing the terms for the required tour or package (date and payable amounts) to be confirmed within 48 hours. The absence of a reply within the specified time limits will void the request for the required tour or package. Your booking contract will be refined by making a down payment.

Booking confirmation by making a down payment

Your booking will be confirmed only from receipt of your down payment, 50% of the total amount, no later than two (2) days of the reservation date.

Deadline for down payment : two (2) days

Balance – Payment Terms

Payment of the balance at the beginning of the tour by cash.

Cancellation Policy

Within 25 days of the scheduled tour date the customer will be refunded 50% of the amount paid as down payment, excluding any bank commission fees.
Within 15 days from the scheduled date of the tour the customer will be refunded 25% of the amount paid as down payment, excluding any bank commission fees.
In case of cancellation of the booking less than 15 days from the scheduled date of the tour, no refund of the down payment will be made.

Less than 7 days from booked guided tour
Cancellation less than 7 days before the tour and/or the waiver by the single participant, or, part of a group, involves the payment of 100% of the amount of the tour / excursion.
Besides the down payment already paid, you will be asked to pay the full amount of the reservation with the balance to be paid by bank transfer or Credit Card account via Paypal.

No-Show up the day of the excursion
Do Not to show up  the day of the excursion at the agreed time, entails the cancellation of the booked excursion and any deposit paid at the time of booking.
Besides the down payment already paid, you will be asked to pay the full amount of the reservation with the balance to be paid by bank transfer or Credit Card account via Paypal.
